The space in West Malling, Kent was redesigned to enable changes in the company’s working practices. The project was a full Cat A refurbishment on behalf of the landlord, together with CAT B redesign introducing new flexible ways of working with collaborative spaces, both within the open plan working environment and the meeting spaces.

Three large meeting rooms and private spaces within the tea point area created a modern and friendly working space. Sequel also managed the new and existing furniture, together with move management, to enable a smooth transition and return to work.
