Working together with Linden Properties, Sequel Consulting were engaged to fit out a suite in Queen Elizabeth Street, London, SE1 to CAT A + specification. Transforming a mezzanine area to accommodate a tea point and break out area allowed for staff to relax and hold informal meetings. The space is now being marketed for occupation.
