Sequel Consulting’s work on-site at Building 500 Bourne Business Park has completed.

Undertaking Cat A refurbishment and Cat B fit out, Sequel were delighted to hand over this exciting new home for Crest Nicholson, together with a fully refurbished building for ARA/SRE.

This elegant fit out has allowed Crest to work in a modern collaborative style, embracing new ways of working and linking working from home to the office. The furniture specified gives flexibility to the space, using booths and collaborative tables together with large break out areas where impromptu meetings can be held. It interlinks meeting rooms with sliding folding walls and flip-top tables allowing a change to the dynamics of the rooms very quickly.

The refurbishment also included external works bringing car parks and grounds up to standard.

This building has a great position on the Bourne Business Park and Sequel Consulting were delighted that all parties have been given the space they desired.

Collaborating with Crest Nicholson, ARA Europe , Hollis Glabal, Savills and Vail Williams brought a seamless process to the desired result.
