CHAS has an ever expanding workforce and therefore selected to double their space in Merton Civic Centre.

MCC is a very well used and tired building for which CHAS engaged Sequel Consulting to design and refurbish their existing, very out-of-date wing and to bleed this design through to the adjacent wing that they had just taken a new lease on. The results were amazing.

CHAS is an award-winning and leading accreditation scheme company for contractors and supply chain management & services for clients.

Sequel Consulting were selected despite fierce competition from other well-known large corporates. The final design incorporated open plan working, collaboration areas, “zoom rooms” and full meeting rooms together with AV in every room. There is also a large stunning break out space with relaxation area.

As with many companies currently, this space needed to be Covid-19 secure but also facilitate home and flexible working, linking to media platforms for collaborative working.
