Crest Nicholson are a leading New Homes Developer with over 60 years’ experience. Sequel Consulting were delighted to undertake a second project  for this well-known prestigious company, this time on Abbey View St Albans. Whilst taking some elements from their head office fit out in Addlestone, the design was more unique to this divisional office.

The space was designed to enable flexible working with collaborative spaces both within the open plan working environment and the impressive breakout spaces. A large multifunctional meeting suite which can be configured into 4 meeting rooms or one large area for company meetings and town hall addresses using sliding folding walls. Sequel also managed the new and existing furniture together with move management to enable a smooth transition from one building to another. IT is a large part for Crest Nicholson and Sequel were delighted to work with the main IT team again to achieve a seamless transfer of services.
